Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Raghavendra Stores. We want you to be happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, please read our Refund & Returns Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The item is damaged or defective on arrival
  • The item you received is different from what you ordered
  • You received an incomplete package

To be eligible:

  • Request must be made within 2 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, labels and bill/invoice must be included

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned due to their nature. This includes:

  • Items listed as non-returnable on the product page
  • Opened puja items, consumables, and personal hygiene products
  • Customised or made-to-order items
  • Items damaged due to misuse

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos of the product.
  2. Our team will review the request and approve if eligible.
  3. A pickup will be arranged, or you may be asked to ship the item back.

4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refund will be processed within 3–7 business days
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

If we find the item not eligible for return (used, damaged, or missing parts), the refund may be denied.

5. Replacements

If you want a replacement instead of a refund:

  • Replacement will be sent once the returned item is received and checked
  • If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
