1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The item is damaged or defective on arrival
- The item you received is different from what you ordered
- You received an incomplete package
To be eligible:
- Request must be made within 2 days of delivery
- Product must be unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging, labels and bill/invoice must be included
2. Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned due to their nature. This includes:
- Items listed as non-returnable on the product page
- Opened puja items, consumables, and personal hygiene products
- Customised or made-to-order items
- Items damaged due to misuse
3. Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos of the product.
- Our team will review the request and approve if eligible.
- A pickup will be arranged, or you may be asked to ship the item back.
4. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Refund will be processed within 3–7 business days
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
If we find the item not eligible for return (used, damaged, or missing parts), the refund may be denied.
5. Replacements
If you want a replacement instead of a refund:
- Replacement will be sent once the returned item is received and checked
- If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
